Tommie Bolden 38 of Danville passed this life Monday, Wednesday, March 6, 2019 St. John Hospital in Springfield, Il. He is the son Charles Clark and the late Mary Ann Duckworth.
Tommie loved sports, cars, dogs and children. He was a football coach for several years to local football teams. He was known as Coach Tommie. He was always there to support his son in every sport he was involved in. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved to barbeque and fish. The ultimate family man! He had the best sense of humor!
Tommie is survived by four sons; Javonte Hill, Marrell Bolden, Javion Neither and Damien Rhodes, three brothers; Darvick (Stacie) White, Tavares Duckworth and Chas Lee Clark, an uncle; Donnie Ray Duckworth, four nephews; Darvicke White ll, Tavares Duckworth ll ,Anthony Duckworth and Semaj Rhodes, two great nephews Marcus Polk ll and Darvicke White III, two nieces; I'yesha Williams and kassiah Rhodes, his girlfriend Keisha Rhodes, Special friends Bernard Borden and Willie Beasley and a host of cousins, and relatives of whom he was very close to, and too many to mention.
A Homegoing Celebration will commence at 12 noon March 15, 2019 at New Jerusalem Church of Jesus Christ 1033 N. Walnut St. Danville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service. Officiating: Pastor Bobby Keys. Internment: Sanhill Cemetery.
