Willie Hines Obituary

Willie Mae Hines (91) passed away on the evening of December 18,2021 at Carle Hospital. Born in Edwards, Mississippi to Houston Harvey Sr. and Mary Harvey, she was the middle of three children: Rosie Lee Williams (deceased) and Houtson Harvey Jr. (deceased). Willie Mae was married to Ray F. Hines of Champaign, IL who passed on April 1st, 2021. Willie Mae is survived by her children: Darrell Hines and Frances Dumas-Hines (Evansville, IN), Kevin Hines (Champaign, IL), Keith Hines (Champaign, IL), Jocelyn Hines-Williams and Derrick Williams (Broadlands, VA), Tonja Douglas (Champaign,IL), and Tory Hines (Rantoul).

Services will commence at 1pm, Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at Bethel AME Church. Visitation will begin at 12 noon. Burial Mt. Hope Cemetery. Leek & Sons Funeral Home- Urbana.
