Theresa Faye Joyner

Theresa Faye Joyner, age 61, of Danville passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. She was born on December 16, 1958 in Danville, IL to William and Alberta (Chapman) Joyner.
Theresa graduated from Danville High School and worked at Danville Metal Stamping for the next 25 years. Theresa was a tough loving and opinionated Mother, Aunt, and Grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, working with her flowers and visiting with her grandchildren; she never bit her tongue on anything or held any opinions. She was as straightforward as anyone that her family and friends had ever met. She is survived by her 3 children, Dennisha (Nisha) King, Damara (Mari) Joyner, Philip (Phil) Mason II; her Mother, Alberta Joyner; three sisters, Billie (Billie Jean) Joyner, Esther  and Sharon Joyner; a brother, Jason Bass; 4 grandchildren, Jonathan Mason, Jordan Crider, Kevin (Tamarion) Pettis, and Catelin Mason; Neices and Nephews, Marlon Joyner, Jaimie Joyner, Marshall Joyner, Domanic Darnell, Latreese Darnell, and Daveyon Darnell, and a host of great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandmother Thelma Jackson-Orington, Father, William Joyner and her Greatly Loved nephew Jamal Darnell.
