Taniyah Williams, 20, was born to Joseph Esther and Temika Williams on October 28, 1997 in Chicago, Illinois.
Taniyah was a very self-driven and independent young lady. She was strong willed, determined and was very confident in herself. She was classy and had her own style.
Taniyah had a goofy and playful soul. She loved hanging out with family for good laughs. She was always laughing. Taniyah always watched out for her little sister.
Taniyah loved to praise dance for God. She enjoyed singing, designing hair styles, watching scary movies, coloring, drawing and absolutely loved to eat string cheese meat, especially crab legs. Taniyah attended Danville High School, and also was part of Junior Reserve Officer’s Training Corps (JROTC).
Taniyah leaves to morn her beloved parents Jo-P Esther and Temika Williams, Siblings Shakela, Heaven, Tyrese, Josheph Jr. (Lil Jo-P), Jaylyn, Jamia, Joedaveon; Grandparents, Marlene Williams, Tracy Howell, Bertha Esther, Special Friend, LaTrey Reed, Best Friends, Ashley and Kira and a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will commence at 12:00 noon, Saturday, at the Word of Life Mt.Zion Ministries, 1535 E. Fairchild St. Danville. Visitation will be from 11:00a.m. until time of the service. Officiating: Co-Pastor Windy Hargrove. Leek & Sons Funeral Home 304 E. Williams St. in charge of arrangements.
