Steven Curtis Summers

Steven Curtis Summers was born on January 26, 1956 in Danville, IL. He attended schools in both Danville, IL. and Grand Rapids, MI. He was employed at various cleaners for more than 30 years. He gave his life to Christ and was a member of First Community AME Church in Grand Rapids. Steven was preceded in death by his father Birl King, his wife Minnie Summers, stepfather Charles Fails, two sons Lorenzio and Kareen Summers, a sister Cheryl, and three brothers, Gary. Kenny, and Shawn. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother Greta Fails, five children, Anthony, Erica, Linnea, Teleahia and Chelsea, two sisters, Theresa and Sylvia , two brothers, Roland and Rodney, 10 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
