Sandra K. Payne

Sandra K. Payne, 73, of Danville went to be with her heavenly father, Monday September 27, 2021. Sandra, the daughter of Prisella Luth was born on September 17, 1948, in Indianola, IL. Sandra married the love of her life, Calvin Payne on September 27, 1995; he is still living.

Sandra’s hobbies included watching & collecting movies, swimming, fishing, & spending time with her family. She leaves to cherish her loving & sweet memory, five children; two daughters: Kimberly (Kellie) Shannon, Linnette Strader; three sons: Donald Strader, Cristopher Strader, & Lennie Strader; thirteen grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; one living uncle: James Hoskins Jr. & many beloved family members.

  Sandra was preceded in death by two children; a daughter: Tammy Rodgers; a son: Elijah Rodgers; one grandchild: Nicholas Rodgers; her special aunt Deloris “Granny” Luster, nine aunts & eight uncles.
 

A Homegoing Celebration will commence at 12:00 Noon on Friday October 8, 2021 at Freedom Baptist Church, 727 N. Kimball St. Eulogist: Pastor Bobby R. Keys. A visitation will begin at 11:00 am until the time of service.
