Roosevelt “Rose” Harper transitioned from this life July 30, 2023 at Carle Hospital. Services will commence at 12’noon Friday August 11, at Pilgrim Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11am until the start of the service. Officiating Pastor Jordan Simmons. Burial Mt Hope Cemetery.
