Orvella Smith

Orvella Smith was born on December 30, 1927, to the late Willie B. Soloman Lenoir and Leroy Lenior.  Orvella was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses devoted her life Jehovah on July 4, 1963.  
Besides serving Jehovah, Orvella loved spending time with her family, going in field service, and going fishing using her 808.  
Orvella leaves her love and memories to her sister Rosettie Smith, brother Leroy Lenior, children Geraldine (Charlie) Evans, Melvin Davis, James Davis, special friend Annie Malone, Lordene (Joe) King, Dornell (Regina) Smith, Dwayne (Christine) Smith, 21 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, and a host of friends, family and other loved ones.  
Orvella was preceded in death by parents, siblings Roosevelt Lenior Sr., Freddie Lenior, Willie Lenoir, William Lenior, and Arthur Lenior; children Jarret Davis Sr., Maurice Davis, and Gloria Pittman; grandchildren Clifton Davis, Charlie Evans Jr., and Timothy Davis, great grandchildren Trinity Bickart and Tory Bickart Jr.

A Homegoing Celebration will commence at 12:00 Noon, January 11, 2022, at Leek & Sons 1215 W. Bradley Ave., Urbana. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am until the start of the service. Eulogist Brother John Daugherty. Burial Lincoln Cemetery.
