Nathaniel Pittman II, 70, transitioned on November 20, 2023, at OSF Sacred Heart
Medical Center in Danville, IL. He was born on November 7, 1953, in Turrell,
Arkansas to the union of Nathaniel I and Ollie Pittman.
Nathaniel graduated from Danville High School. He loved being around family and
friends. Nathaniel was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also loved to fish.
He was married to Kathy Minor. Nathaniel later married Paula Pittman, who
preceded him in death.
Nathaniel leaves to cherish his memories: two stepsons, Daniel (whom he helped
raise) and Mark; five stepdaughters, Joi, April, Toi, Andrea and Jasmine; sister,
Sandra Pittman; brother, James Pittman; special nephew, Alfonzo Pittman; close
friend like a brother, Andy Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and
friends.
He was preceded by his parents; three brothers, Izell Pittman, Andrew Pittman and
Darren Pittman; three sisters, Betty Jean Pittman, Ruthie Mae Jackson and Barbra
Jean Pittman; and, his wife, Paula Pittman.
A memorial service will held at 12:00 Noon Saturday December 9, 2023 at Leek & Sons Funeral 304 E. Williams St., Danville.
