Muhammad was the son Lloyd Smith Jr. and Helen Lucille Fleming Smith. He leaves to cherish a daughter Larhea
Ahmad, a son Omar Ahmad both of California, three sisters Connie Smith of Champaign IL., Stephanie (Richard) Rice of Danville IL., Christa Young of Evansville IN., four brothers Lloyd (Donna) Smith of Danville IL., Michael Ray (Magdaline) Smith of Lafayette IN., Floyd E. Gaines of Fort Wayne IN., and David Gaines of Urbana IL., Muhammad also leaves to cherish a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as other relatives and friends.

Muhammad was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Lashanna Stanford, a sister Dorothy Mae Young, two brothers Melvin Lewis, and George S. Fleming.

Graveside Services will be at 3:00 pm Friday February 10, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Park Danville.
