Michael was devoted to his family and his community. He loved his family deeply and often spoke about his upbringing, especially bragging about his three sisters—they were one of his many joys. Michael loved music—he often shared stories about playing the bass and guitar in church and his time in a band. He was famous for his barbeque, which he proudly called “Barbetwo.”
