Larry E. King

Larry E. King 70 of Danville IL. passed this life on April 3, 2025, at his residence.  Larry was born October 19, 1954, in Danville to Charles N. King and Helen Toliver King. He  married  Linda R. Potts, who proceeded him in  death on December 9, 2006. Surviving are sons; Alfonzo L Potts, Terrence L Potts, Larry N Potts, Robert N Ford of Dallas Texas, a  daughter Denitria Williams of Texas and his fiance, Daisy Ford.  Seventeen Grandchildren, Sixteen Great Grandchildren.Three sisters; Brenda Duckworth and Macie King both of Atlanta Ga. Maria Mason of Indianapolis.  Special Friends; Ricky Pearl, Marvin Fields, George Gouard, Bobby Clark. Special cousin, Ulas Broom and Special Auntie April King.  He was preceded in death by  his father, mother, brothers, grandmother, aunts & Uncles. Larry attended the Danville Schools.  He was employed at R.C. Management and A Plus Property with Ms Peg.

A Celebration of Life will commence at 12:00 Noon Saturday April 12, 2025 at Leek & Sons Funeral Home, 304 E. Williams St. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Eulogist: Pastor Bobby Keys. Interment will be at Sanhill Memorial Park.
