Larry Fleming

Larry Donell Fleming, 62, residing in Danville, IL passed away on September 26, 2023 at 05:22 a.m., after his battle with cancer.

He was born on August 7, 1963 and grew up in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Sheeler High School.
At the age of 55, Larry married Charlena Fleming and eventually adopted 2 dogs named Star and Shakka.

He lived a full life, often enjoying music, dancing, watching ac- tion movies and smoking weed. Mr. Fleming was very much loved and cared for by family and friends.

Mr. Fleming leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Charlena Fleming; sister, Antoinette Fleming; and, two brothers, Kevin and Donald Boykins. He is also survived by 20 plus children, Lora Robinson, Antonio, Armando, Jamila, Little Larry, Sheena, Lizzie, Valere, Raniaya, Sparkle, Trice, and Lashawna Fleming and many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Jean Boykins; his grandmother, Willie Bell Singleton; his daughters, Cherry Robinson and Francina Lawery; and, his brothers, Michael Anthony Fleming, Eric Fleming and Clifford Brown.

A memorial gathering will be held at 12:00 Noon Friday October 13, 2023 at New Life Church of Faith 1419 N. Bowman Ave. Danville.
