Karen L Bell was born November 27, 1951, in Danville, Illinois, to the union of Alonzo Hargrove and Johnnie Mae Cater. She received her heavenly wings on August 2, 2025, at 1:46 pm at an early age. Karen L Terry resigned in Peoria, Illinois, and then relocated to Champaign, IL, in 2019. Karen Bell gave herself to the Lord Everlasting Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Bishop Michael Walker. Karen enjoyed church cooking, music, dancing, shopping, gardening (Green Thumb), being an excellent home interior designer, and spending time with family and friends.
She leaves cherished memories of one sister, Evangelist/Missionary Mavis J. Dye, four brothers, Kevin Terry, Alonzo Terry, Michael Terry of Missouri, and Nelson Terry of Texas, Three Beloved Daughters, Sherri Lynn Reed of Danville, IL, Tasha Terry of Peoria, and Tangela Reed- Hall, Champaign, IL and nine-loving grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will commence at 12:00 noon Saturday August 16, 2025 at New Life Church of Faith 1419 N. Bowman Ave. Danville. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am until the time of the service. Interment: Sandhill Memorial Park.
