Julius Steadman Coe, 33, of Indianapolis, IN, passed into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior on January 15, 2022. He was encircled by his wife, Krystal Coe.
He was born on April 16, 1988, in Danville, IL. to the parents of Thomas and Vanessa Coe. He attended Danville District #118 school system where he met his high school sweetheart and future wife, Krystal Coe. Growing up, Julius stayed active by participating in various sports like football and baseball in which he was coached by his dear old dad and cheered on by his mom and two sisters, LeNessa (Damon) and Andrea (Brennan).
He enjoyed spending time at Garfield Park, practicing his swing or jump shot and spending time with his friends. He cherished learning new things. He enjoyed reading and listening to different podcasts. He loved to listen and create music. He could often be found tucked away creating beats by Jules or finding new music to share with others. A constant learner, Julius began to explore investing in stocks and bonds and sharing his knowledge. He was an avid reader and liked to have deep discussions about his findings with those who enjoyed partaking in challenging conversations.
On July 10, 2019, he married his high school sweetheart, Krystal Coe. From their love, he became a girl dad. He helped to raise two beautiful girls, Kimora, 15 and Kaidence, 9.
Julius was preceded in death by his grandmother, Emma L. Rose, his grandfather’s George M. Rose and Russel Smith, and uncles George M. Rose and Melvin Coe.
Julius leaves a legacy of love and support to his family. He was an amazing husband and father and will be deeply missed.
A homegoing celebration will commence at 12:00 Noon, Friday, January 28, 2022, at Assembly Church 428 N. Walnut St., Danville, IL Visitation will begin at 11:00 am until the time of service on Friday, January 28, 2022. Officiating is Pastor Dennis E. Rose. Internment is to be announced.
