Eleanor Bryson was born in Chicago IL. on December 15, 1954 to Oscar Arthur Bryson and Willa Mae Cowsen (both preceded her in death). Eleanor attended St. Raphael School and graduated from Gage Park High. She enjoyed working in the public and went on to pursue professions that allowed her to use her excellent people skills. She then became a bartender at Sand Piper Lounge and later on decided to pursue her love for food by becoming Food Service Supervisor for Aramark Inc. Eleanor loved nurturing and spending time with her two grandchildren, cooking, and antique shopping.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her grandmother Linola Ishmon and her uncle McKinley Cowsen (the late Bobbie). She leaves to cherish her daughter Jasmine Marie Bryson, two special grandchildren Aryonna Marie Gregory and King Michael Bryson, uncle Curtis (Zetta) Cowsen Sr., her loving companion Larry King, 6 sisters, The Late Linda Myers, Carla Taylor, Andrea Bryson (Raymond), Denise Barry, Maria Burke (The Late Filamore), Monique Bell (Bennie), 6 brothers, The Late Michael Myers, Larry Bryson, (The Late Detry), Donald Myers, Oscar Bryson, (Alfreda), Ronald Bryson (Renee), Henri Bryson (Courtney), a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends Dianna White Darling, Patricia Sanchez (Lorenzo), Alesia Bryant (Dale).
