Corey was born on July 11, 1998, in Danville, IL to Rotunda Eaton and Corey Boyd. Corey graduated from Danville High School in Danville, IL. in 2017.

Corey was a member of New Jerusalem Church of Jesus Christ World Outreach Ministries. Corey was a wonderful person. He loved his family and loved spending time with his family. He loved playing basketball, bowling, and playing cards. He loved making people laugh and he had a smile that would light up the room. Corey had a big heart and always went above and beyond to help others. Corey was an outstanding father to his three daughters. His major goal was to make sure his daughters were well taken care of. Corey was not afraid of anything and he always pushed himself to become better. Corey also started a clothing business called “Born Billionaire,” which was a huge success! Corey was loved by many and only wanted to see everyone win!

He leaves to cherish his loving memory, his parents, Rotunda Eaton and Corey Boyd; three daughters, Kelani Alexander of Lafayette, IN, Cynyrah Boyd and Kalayah Boyd both of Champaign, IL; four brothers, Mikah Anglin, Correyante Boyd, Corjontae Boyd and Jaren Eaton all of Danville, IL and Corvontae Boyd of Champaign, IL; grandparents, Dorsey Boyd and Patricia Boyd both of Danville, IL and Rose (Isiah) Eaton of Danville, IL; six uncles, Cornell Boyd, Nate Boyd, Otis Boyd, Leland Groves, Eric Groves, Charles Eaton; one great uncle, Ray (Alice) Eaton; eight aunts, Monique Henson, Shavella Smith, Sharronda Eaton, Taniqua Howard, Yolanda (Ricky) Mayers, Ashanti Campbell, Breon Boyd, and Debra Turner; three nieces, Na’Zyriyah Boyd, Aabriells Boyd, and Ivy Anglin; two nephews, Mikah Anglin Jr. and Kylin Anglin; and, a host of cousins and friends.
