Christopher J. Fields

Christopher J. Fields was born on October 27, 1974, in Danville, IL to his biological mother, Elizabeth Jones.  He was later adopted by Irine and William (Bill) Fields.

He attended Danville Schools - Cannon Elementary School, East Park Middle School, South View Middle School, and Danville High School.

Christopher transitioned on April 22, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his biological mother, Elizabeth Jones; both adopted parents, Irine and William Fields; two nephews, Curtis Capers, Jr. and Javeonte Crider; and, his grandparents.

Christopher leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Candice Williams and Ke’Zaiya Carter-Fields; his twin sister, Christine Fields Harris; sisters, Carolyn (John) Smith, Jackie Fields, Cecelia Capers, and Taffy Williams; brothers, Jerry Baker, Marvin (Faye) Fields and Billy Fields; 18 nieces and nephews; very special friend, Kenny King; and, a host of friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will commemorate at 12:00 Noon Tuesday May 2, 2023 at New Life Church of Faith 1419 N. Bowman Ave. Eulogist: Pastor Bobby R. Keys Sr. A visitation will begin at 11:00 am until the time of service.
