Cheryl Lynn Clark (Ranciville) was born on January 7, 1954, to Willie and Helen B. Clark in Danville, IL. She attended Danville Public Schools and retired from the Danville Veterans Administration after 20+ years of service.
She was a faithful and dedicated member of Higher Dimension Faith Center where she served on the Mother’s Board. Cheryl married Keith Brigham and to this union was born two sons: Keith Brigham and Sean Brigham.
Cheryl was a beautiful, loving, generous and caring person. She loved Jesus and others. She demonstrated this by taking in and caring for strangers and helping others in any way she
could. She will be remembered as a very friendly and welcoming sister.
She leaves to cherish her memory, two sons, Keith (Tanisha) and Sean (Marnisha) both of Danville, IL; 2 brothers, Minister Elroy (Jacqueline) Clark and Larry Don Clark both of Danville, IL; three sisters, Jacqueline L. Short of Chicago, IL., and Lisa A. Clark and Angela Clark both of Danville, IL; 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and, a host of nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and, 3 brothers, Belfred, Charles and Bernard.
A homegoing celebration will commence at 12:00 Noon Friday November 10, 2023 at High Dimension Faith Center 1700 N. Bowman Ave., Danville. Eulogist: Pastor Ken McCray. A visitation will begin at 11:00 am until the time of the service. Burial will follow after at Spring Hill Cemetery.
