Cecil "Kebe" Lamont Mullins Jr. was born in Danville, Illinois to Cecil Mullins and Deletrius 'Lashawn (Cash)Beecher on December 28, 1992. Upon his arrival, Cecil attended Danville Public Schools where he was part of the track team, and played basketball. Cecil spent a lot of times with family and friends, he enjoyed music and dancing he was known for his fashion. Rather it was pineapple sock, cactus shorts or his suspenders (unique glasses) no one else would probably buy, whatever Cecil put on he left trends while doing so. Cecil traveled a lot and got to see so many different states and cities he was very peripatetic. Cecil was a free spirit, gentle sweetheart, if he came to your house he always hit to snack spot and open the fridge and stand infront with his crooked posture. To know him was to know he woke up made his bed every morning in a timely manner. He loved shopping a special things to his father for never saying no. Cecil was a mama's boy by heart and a daddy's first boy. Cecil was very shy to strangers but to friends and family known for his big smile, jokes and his random text.
Cecil is proceeded in death by his father, Cecil Mullins Sr.; both paternal grandparents, great grandmother, Bernice Doyle, great Isabella Cash (Dyson). Cousins: Deryon Mullins, Cousin: Corey Jackson and a host of uncles and aunties.

Tolefree, Michelle Mia Forman, and Victor Cunningham and a host of others.
A Celebration of Life will commence at 12:00 Noon on Saturday March 26, 2022 at New Life Church of Faith 1419 N. Bowman Ave., Danville. Eulogist: Bishop Michael Walker. A visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
