Anthony Devine LaShawn Parks Anthony Devine LaShawn Parks was born on October 24, 2001, to the parents of Lee Anthony McDonald and Deborah Tekada. After his birth, he was adopted into the loving care of Larry and Kathleen Parks. Along with his other siblings, he attended Greater Holy Temple Church where he was taught and raised in the love and admonition of the Lord. He attended Garden Hills Elementary School and was later a graduate of Urbana High School. During that time, Anthony’s love for sports was developed and he really excelled in the sport of baseball. Anthony possessed a quiet spirit. He was a gentle-natured child and an easy-going, laid-back adult. He enjoyed playing video games. He was a loving father and enjoyed spending time with his son, Malakai and his family. Anthony was currently enrolled in a job training program at Parkland College and had recently received his CDL. His goal was to become an over the road truck driver and a transporter of heavy equipment. His absence leaves a great void in the hearts of many who loved him and were privileged to share time and space with such a Gentle Soul. Anthony was preceded in death by his adoptive mother, Kathleen Pickle-Parks and his birth mother Deborah Takeda. He leaves, to cherish his memories, his son, Malachi Ford(Zoe) his birth father, Lee Anthony McDonald and his adoptive father, Larry Parks; his siblings, sisters, Stephanie Terhune, Robin Brown, Denise and Whitney Parks, Kendra Henson, Akiya McDonald and Jasmine,Talisa,Tasha Morgan and Punkin Johnson: brothers, Demetrius and Mikal Lenard, and Kenan Parks. Larry Johnson, Lee Jr. McDonald Senichi Takeda, Kenichi Townsend, Tyresse and Marquice Morgan and His Grandparents Gladys, and Jack, and His niece and nephew, aka his day ones Khadaisha and Jeremiah Terhune-Jones.
