Annie B. Glover

Annie B. Glover of Danville IL was born in Cairo IL May 30,1938. She was the daughter of Rommey Swason and Mattie B. Rowell. She was employed at General Motors where she retired of 25 years. She married the late John Glover in May of 1980. Her hobbies were playing bingo, cooking for her family on Sundays and holidays,  and watching her soaps. She leaves behind her children Glen(Linda)Rowell of Danville IL , Donna White of Danville IL, Tonya (A.D) Patton of Danville IL, Janice Johnson of Danville IL, Andre(Sherald) of Columbus Georgia, Debra Matchem of Danville IL, Parrish Matchem of Danville IL, Anthony Beasley of Cincinnati Ohio, and Tameka Rowell of Danville IL. and her special friends Ethel King and Shirley Gibson. She is preceded in death by her husband John Glover, her mother Mattie B. Rowell, her father Rommey  Swanson , her son Jonta Glover her daughter, Tyra Matchem, and a great grandson Devon Walter McClyde.

A Home Going Celebration will commence at 12:00 Noon Tuesday December 10, 2019 at New Life Church Of Faith, 1419 N Bowman Ave. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Officiating: Pastor Frank McCullough. Internment will be at Sanhill Memorial Park. Leek & Sons Funeral Home, 304 E. Williams St. is in charge of arrangement.
