Aaron Pearl, Jr., was born on August 3, 1956, in Danville, Illinois, to the late Aaron Jasper Pearl and Velma White.
Aaron, affectionately known as “Pearl,” was educated in the Danville school system and dedicated 48 years of service in maintenance at OSF Hospital, where he retired. He was well known and well loved by colleagues, friends, and all who crossed his path.
Pearl found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved watching TV, listening to music, and cheering on his beloved Illini football and basketball teams. Most of all, he treasured time spent with his family and close friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his brother, Charles (Neva) White of Johnstown, PA; cousins, Amanda (Chuck) Bourn and Curtis (Elaine) Hawkins; nieces, Clarissa (Chucky) Cooper, Sheila Morris, Suzanne (Chris) Grant, and Cassandra Morris; along with a host of great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. He will also be lovingly remembered by his special friends Todd Sims, Hoy Watson, Thomas Coe, and many other family members and friends.
Pearl was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Jasper Pearl and Velma (Clarence) White; his brother, Gregory Pearl; and his sister, Anna Morris.
