Tashma Belle Obituary

Tashma Corey Lynn Belle, daughter of Tonnie Belle and Clement Johnson transitioned into heaven on July 19, 2019 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Tashma graduated from Danvillle High School and later attended Lakeview Nursing School. She moved to Indianapolis where she was employed by the Department of Corrections.

Tashma favorite color was yellow. She enjoyed working with people and making them laugh. She most of all loved her family and spending time with them.

Tashma will be dearly missed by her son, Arthur Smith Jr., her mother Tonnie Belle, sisters; Jessica Belle and Brittany Belle. Special friends Ted Bilek, Arthur Smith and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her father whom she adored.

A Celebration of Life will commence at 12:00 noon Tuesday July 30, 2019 at Second Baptist Church, 940 N. Franklin. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Officiating: Pastor Timothy Shaw. Interment will be at Atherton Cemetery. Leek & Sons Funeral Home, 304 E. Williams in charge of arrangements.
