Leslie Marie Gill

Leslie Marie Gill, 49, was born on April 29th 1970  here in Champaign, Illinois at Burnham City Hospital.  Leslie had accepted Christ before passing. Leslie attended Columbia Elementary, Franklin Junior High and Centennial High School. Leslie work at Homewood Suites as a housekeeper.  Leslie birth five children. 
Leslie leave to love and cherish her memory one daughter:  Brianna Maria Davis of Champaign, Illinois; three sons Keith Simeon Davis of Champaign, Illinois, Milton Davis III of Champaign,  Illinois, Elijah Leo Jamal Edwards of Champaign, Illinois. Three sisters: Lisa Ann Gill of Champaign, Illinois, Rose (Joe) Anita Young of Danville, Illinois, and Keither Gill of Champaign, Illinois; two brothers: Roger Gill and Martines Gill. 9 grandchildren, special nieces, nephews and friends whom she adored. Leslie was a free spirit who love to dance.
 Leslie was proceeded and death by all of her parents: Leo Gill, Ernestine Hicks and Doris Dunn; Grandparents: Louis Bradford and Eunice Gill; one sister Lorraine Hicks; one brother: Ricky Gill Sr;  Three nephews: Ricky Gill Jr., Brad Gill and Sammy Vonner; one niece: Nicole Gill and one daughter Ke'Zhionna Edwards.

A Home Going Celebration will commence at 11:00 a.m January 4, 2020 at Leek & Sons Funeral Home 1215 W. Bradley Ave. Urbana. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the service. Leek & Sons Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
