Aveonne Ty’zay Lillard was born on September 5, 1979 to Alicia Lillard and William Armstrong of Danville, IL. Aveonne gained another father in 1984 when Alicia Lillard was united in marriage to Terry Jackson.
Aveonne enjoyed spending time with all his family. He gained three loving families that he loved dearly. He lived to love and cherished his children. He did whatever he could to take care of his family; cook, clean, babysit, cut grass, etc. He was always a hardworking man with many jobs such as a CNC operator, line production leader and a cook. His last place of employment was at Kik Manufacturing in Danville, IL. Prior to that he worked at SC Johnson Waxdall in Racine, WI. Aveonne worked hard and loved hard. He enjoyed cooking and always wanted everyone to taste his famous egg rolls, he’s was the best, let him tell it.
Aveonne is survived by his parents, mother Alicia Lillard Jackson of Danville, IL, father William Armstrong of Racine, WI, stepfather Terry Jackson of Danville, IL and stepmother Gloria Edlam Armstrong of South Carolina. His children Jeleaa Cotton of Danville, IL, Aveonne Llilard Jr., Jasmine Hardrick and Sha’de Hardrick all of Indianapolis, IN and Meionna Lillard of Texarkana, TX.

A Homegoing Celebration will commence at 12:00 Noon Saturday November 16, 2019 at New Freedom Missionary Baptist Church 811 Martin St Danville IL. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Officiating: Pastor Jerry Wilson. Cremation will follow.
